How To Register

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years old

  • Must have a valid social security card and a valid form of ID

  • Must be able to comprehend 10th grade level English

Step 1) Fill out the form below and click submit.

Step 2) Wait to receive an email confirming your interest and laying out the next steps for enrollment.

Step 3) Visit our location at 800 W Central Rd. Mount Prospect, IL Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm to pick up your books, uniform and other materials.
